Given below are a list of terms & conditions that should be adhered to by national as well as international tourists during the period of bike rental.
Minimum Booking Period:
Minimum booking period to rent out a bike is 3 days. If anyone is booking a bike for less than that he has to pay 3 days rental.
Documents Required:
Below is the list of documents required to be submitted at the time of collecting bikes.
Indian National
- Address proof
- Copy of Driving License
- Passport size Photo
- Original copy of return Flight/Train tickets
Foreign National:
- Original copy of return flight tickets
- Copy of International Driving License
- Passport size Photo
- Copy of passport
Damages & its charges:
Minor damages will be accepted since it is part of the sport of riding. But major damages be it accidental or on purpose will not be entertained. The decision is solely reserved for the company to decide whether to charge the client and under what basis. For example, if you damage a major part of the vehicle you will be required to replace it with a new one.
Vehicle Inspection:
Before you start your journey, you will be required to inspect the vehicle and familiarize yourself with it. This process omits any further claims against the company or the vehicle in case of accidents or any other faults of the bikes on your riding. Please clear all doubts and requirements before you start your journey.
Receiving & Return Policy:
While receiving the vehicle all the document of the bike should be returned properly, regardless of time you will be charged on a day basis. For example, if you collect your vehicle in the evening or late evening you will be charged for the whole day. But in case you cannot return the vehicle on the said date for accidental reasons you will not be charged for an extra day but on the other hand if you want to extend the hiring period, you can do this. But the company will need to be informed in advance.
- Below 6 years – Complementary but should remain under strict supervision of parents at all times 7 to 12 yrs – 50% of the adult rate
- Above 12yrs – Full adult rate
If guest cancel package before 48 hours then after deducting Rs 299/ rest will be credited to his account or we will refund it.

- Unlimited miles and no hourly charges
- Motorbike accessories including rear view mirrors, leg guard, helmet (for rider only)
- Free consultations on itineraries, ride routes and destinations
- Refundable Security Deposit - Rs 10,000/- per bike
- Bike fuel
- Accommodation and Meals
- Items of personal nature i.e. bar, shop, telephone bills
- Extra gear that can be hired
- Applicable Govt. Taxes and Service Charge
- Bookings will be confirmed to reservations only after receiving 50% of the total invoice to guarantee rate and rental dates.
- Discount rates are subject to blackout dates and availability
- Rental rates could change depending on season and location
Customer is responsible for general maintenance once the bike is handed over and should report mechanical failures immediately. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damages due to negligence in motorcycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.
Generally there will be no substitution of motorcycles after handover to customer.
Bikes need to be returned as per the date and time mutually agreed upon or between working hours (9am to 6pm). Advance notification is required if bikes are being returned at a time other than working hours. In Case of failing to return bikes and related documents on time Security deposit fully or partially may be held
- Payment can be made in cash, cheque, wire transfer or western union.

Note: Additional paper works including disclaimer form needs to be filled in by the client prior to handing over of the bike.
